Hello!I'm looking for a comprehensive spreadsheet that consists of all cost related to the flip and bottom line earnings. Not just rehab cost however holdover, closing, and so on. Something that can offer a strong picture of the task. I have one with line items for rehab expense only, but this doesn't give the big image of every expense related to a flip.
If anyone has one developed or knows where to get one, I ‘d appreciate it!
